Shipping and returns

Shipping

• We ship all orders within the Netherlands free of charge.
• If you order before 14:00 on a working day, we will dispatch your order the same day and it will be delivered on the next working day.
• Orders placed after 14:00, at weekends or on public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
• As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive an email containing the tracking code.

Payment terminals

A payment contract is required for a payment terminal. We will contact you after your order to arrange this. Delivery may therefore take longer than the next working day.

Returns

• You may return a product within 14 days of receipt.
• The product must be unused and in its original, undamaged packaging.
• Notify us of your return in advance by emailing info@count-it.eu or calling +31 88 003 6000. We will then provide the return address and instructions.
• You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
• After receipt and inspection, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days.

Defects or warranty

Is a product defective on arrival, or does a fault occur within the warranty period? Please contact us. The applicable warranty is stated with each product; many POS systems and printers include a two-year swap warranty.
